Horack Talley will be well represented at the fifth annual Law Day presented by the North Carolina chapter of the Community Associations Institute and the CAI-NC Legislative Action Committee.

Mike Hunter will speak about the basics of bankruptcy for HOA boards and managers, and Cynthia Jones will talk about collections and delinquencies.

The all-day event at The Friday Center in Chapel Hill aims to provide participants with information about both the law and best practices in running homeowner and condominium associations.
