Commercial real estate attorney John Maheras to moderate panel discussion at the annual ICSC Carolinas Conference & Deal Making: Lease Drafting Techniques that Affect the Bottom Line

Panelists are Henry Breaux of the Providence Group, David Koletic of US Trust-Bank of America Private Wealth Management and Aaron Ligon of LCRE Partners.

An active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, John has served as the state director for both North and South Carolina. He is a partner of the Horack Talley's commercial real estate group where he concentrates his practice on commercial real estate acquisition, development, finance, lease review and joint venture agreements.
