As part of the litigation section CLE program, Robert B. McNeill will conduct a presentation on the topic: How to Create a Real Estate Title Claim.

Rob is well known for his state-wide real estate litigation practice in which he represents, title insurance companies, lenders, owners, lawyers, developers and contractors.  He has appeared in court in over 75 North Carolina counties. He also regularly appears in Federal Court as well as Bankruptcy Court.
