Zip Edwards speaks at NCBA's Real Property Section 2012 annual meeting

Zip Edwards spoke at the 2012 Annual Meeting of the North Carolina Bar Association's Real Property Section.

Zip presented a case law update, including an in-depth look at some of the most applicable cases to real property from the past 12-18 months, as well as a title litigator's hindsight analysis and tips to prevent problems in the future, and practical advice on the changing nature of title assertions and litigation.

Zip is a litigator working primarily in the resolution of disputes involving real property for title insurance companies, attorneys, developers, builders, lenders and owners. In addition, she provides coverage opinions and representation for title insurance companies, as well as engaging in commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation. She also handles malpractice defense for real estate attorneys.
