William B. Hamel




Bill Hamel focuses his practice on commercial landlord representation, and representing homeowners and business owners associations. He offers more than 25 years of experience helping to protect assets and collect debts for his clients. Bill also represents many small businesses as primary outside counsel.

Bill works primarily with property management firms in the Charlotte region, which include AMS, Childress Klein Properties, Cushman & Wakefield, CIP, Grubb Properties, Lat Purser & Associates, Henderson Properties, JLL and Southern RE.

In addition to Bill's legal practice, he serves on the firms' Practice Management Committee and is the practice leader for the Business and Corporate Practice Group.
