Henry Pharr III is featured in a two-part series for the Charlotte Business Journal's "Expert Opinion" column. Part one titled, "Small shops need to know their options when leasing shopping-center space," includes information small business owners should consider before signing a lease in a shopping center.

Part two, expected this Friday, will talk about "...alternatives to personal guaranties and how to prevent shopping center management from forcing your shop to move to a less desirable location in the center."
