Will Medlin quoted in North Carolina Lawyers Weekly

Family Law member Will Medlin was featured in North Carolina Lawyers Weekly's Sidebar Section in the article, "Ex-girlfriend wins dog fight." Will talks about a recent bench trial that determined the custody of a dog after an unmarried couple called off their four-year relationship. The woman got to keep the dog because Will proved the couple adopted and cared for it together, and at the time of the breakup the ex-boyfriend let the dog leave with her.
