Meet our sharp minds.

Sharp minds. Sharp solutions.

Each family law case is unique. Many cases can be resolved by a negotiated agreement, either through the parties and their lawyers, or with the assistance of a mediator. Other cases cannot be settled and must be litigated, either in court or before an arbitrator.

We tailor our approach to your needs. When possible, we seek solutions that lead to an agreement between the parties. Clients who try to negotiate agreements to resolve cases have greater control over the outcome of their cases than clients who litigate in court or before an arbitrator. And, litigated cases generally are more costly, both financially and emotionally. We view litigation as a last resort.

In those cases where litigation is necessary, we are forceful without being unnecessarily aggressive. “Scorched earth” litigation generally does not benefit anyone except the lawyers. We can firmly disagree with our opponents without being disagreeable.
