Meet our sharp minds.

Sharp Real Estate Attorneys. Sharp Investments.

Horack Talley represents a number of investment groups and opportunity funds whose objectives are to acquire distressed debt or distressed real estate assets.

Our experience extends well beyond due diligence, including:

  • Negotiating note purchase agreements with community banks as well as national banks
  • Assisting with due diligence investigations and closings
  • Assisting with management of the acquired assets

Our engagements have included restructuring property-owner associations and negotiating residential covenants in partially completed, developed residential subdivisions. We also negotiate and draft forbearance agreements, deed in lieu of foreclosure transactions, real estate foreclosures and appointment of receivers to protect collateral.
